It's understandable to have questions regarding our products.  Here are some commonly asked questions from our customers that you may find helpful.  If your question isn't answered, please feel free to email us.

What type of metals are your jewelry pieces made from?

Our jewelry pieces are made from either brass, copper, sterling silver, argentium, 12kt-14kt gold filled, stainless steel, titanium (grade 1) or aluminum.  We do not use plated metals for our jewelry pieces.

Will my jewelry pieces tarnish over time?

Tarnishing is common with metals like brass, copper and sterling silver.  Our brass and copper pieces are coated to minimize tarnishing.  There are also jewelry cleaning cloths that work great also.

I have sensitive skin, is your jewelry okay for me to wear?

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend purchasing our pieces that are made from grade one titanium, gold filled, sterling silver, or argentium.  For those with an allergy to nickel we highly recommend jewelry pieces made from grade 1 titanium or argentium, which can be found here.

I'm not sure about my size, can you help?

Please see our sizing chart to help out with accurate sizing for your jewelry piece. It can be found here .

I'm sending a gift to someone, can you include a note or gift wrap it?

We're happy to do so!  We can include a free gift note with your order, just indicate the message in the message box upon checkout. There is an additional $2.00 fee/item for gift wrapping.


We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time without reason.  If this happens you will receive a refund via the payment used at the time of purchase.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club, JCB.



All orders come with secure packaging to protect jewelry items.  Each order will come in a black box.  You will receive a muslin bag with each jewelry piece you order.  Please note that in order cut down on waste, we will combine jewelry pieces in one box.  For example, if you order a necklace and ring you will receive one black box with two muslin bags with the jewelry inside of the box. If you are gifting an item and would like a box per an item please indicate that in the message section of your order.

All items are shipped first class mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation.  Your order will ship within 7 business days, with the exception of custom/personalized items which will ship within 7-10 business days. Please note that during the holiday season or seasons of high demand, regular orders may ship within 10 business days and up to 14 business days for personalized/customized jewelry pieces.

There’s free shipping on all orders $75 or more.  FREE shipping ONLY applies to domestic packages sent  1st class via USPS.

If you would like your delivery expedited please consider updating your shipping to Priority Mail or Express.  You can also check our Handmade at Amazon store, most of the inventory on that site are Prime Eligible meaning you will receive your merchandise within 2-3 days.

ALL international packages sent via 1st Class International USPS (up to 14-21 business days for delivery), shipping rates will be included at checkout. You do have the option of upgrading to Priority International (6-10 business days) or Priority Global Express (up to 5 business days), shipping fees will apply accordingly.

You will be provided with a tracking number for your orders. 


All jewelry pieces are made to order.  Due to the nature that each piece is handmade, each piece may vary slightly, but the quality will be superb.  If you would like to return or exchange an item please click on the link below to process.  All returns must be done within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.
