PINK Glory Ring-$22 for Gold & Bronze and $30 Sterling Silver
In honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’ve brought back the Pink Glory rings. Previous years’ proceeds from the sale of this ring have gone to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. However, this year 50% of sales from the Pink Glory ring will be donated to TheWitness Project of Connecticut. As breast cancer survivors themselves, this organization is a team of trained Lay Health Advisors who advocate the importance of early detection. They accomplish their mission by:
· Addressing barriers to screening and coordinating free and low cost breast screenings and mammograms for women who are underinsured or not insured
· Educating women in various organizations, senior centers, churches, public housing, health centers and incarceration on breast cancer
· Conducting hundreds of health education programs on breast cancer
Let’s help these dynamic women continue to help other women. For the entire month of October the Pink Gloryring will be available on our Etsy site. Rings are available wire settings of gold brass, sterling silver or bronzed copper. Help us to achieve our goal of selling 30 rings this month.
