I got a creative moment this weekend to finally make over some of our bathroom accessories.  We bought bamboo bathroom storage holders years ago and the bamboo began to look very “ashy.”  It was nothing that a fresh coat of chocolate brown paint couldn’t fix.  I’m a strong believer in re-purposing items you already have.   After getting some “Pinspiration” on bathroom storage, I’ve been eyeing wooden spice racks to add additional storage space in our bathroom as well, so on a trip to Ikea I scored two for only $3.99 each.

Viola…they’re done.  The great part of this project is that I was able to complete it in the matter of one hour.
