For today’s Make It Monday, I’m back with a recipe. It’s been a while since I’ve posted one so I decided to make this one extra special. What I love most about summer is the taste of certain fruits, pineapples in particular. A good sweet pineapple is sometimes all you need for a good dessert. For today’s recipe I’ve infused pineapple with pineapple-coconut rum and then grilled it for additional flavor. Below is the recipe and check out the video for the instructions.
1/2 Pineapple
1 shot of flavored rum
1 shot of white rum
1-2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 cup of water (more or less)
1 flat Pyrex dish
